You heard that right. I said "Show Me the Moneyyyy!"
One of my all time favorite movies is Jerry Maguire. Are you feeling like your back is up against the wall? Well, sit down and write that mission statement. You aren’t likely to earn too many new clients by sitting back and waiting for them to call you. You are going to have to work it. Valuation Expo is that client rich environment.
As we discussed in the last installment, Valuation Expo was started on three founding principles -- Learn, Network, and Prosper. We've already covered the learning and networking aspects. Today, we continue our in depth look with the prosper component to show you how to best leverage your Valuation Expo experience.
We survey our attendees every year. Appraisers tell us they came to Expo for the continuing education credits. But after their first Expo experience learn that is is all about networking. Networking is not something appraisers are accustomed to doing. We make it easy for you. Not only will you make friends with colleagues from all over the US but you will also build relationships with clients. You simply cannot replace the opportunity to meet in person that client you have tried to impress. Convert those new contacts into into real dollars.
In addition to earning new clients we are all about fun. Our Appraisal Bee contest has the best odds in Vegas! Lucky attendees can walk home with prizes like gift cards, new appraiser tools, tablets, gadgets, TV's, and more! All you have to do to enter is walk around the trade show floor and talk to exhibitors. This is something you would have done anyway!
If you prefer to take winning into your own hands and rely on skill rather than luck, join the third annual Valuation Expo Cornhole Tournament sponsored by Real VS (Real Valuation Services). Winners of this annual contest take home not only trophies and bragging rights but some extra cash too! If you fall short of victory in the actual tournament, you can still win prizes for having the best team name or costume.
Another way to prosper is by saving money on your taxes in the upcoming year. Because continuing education credits are required for your appraisal license you can write off almost all of the expenses as business expenses. You will get back even more money at tax time.
There are so many reasons to attend Valuation Expo, we have given you a few of the more popular ones. Don't forget to watch our youtube video for some more. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any you think we may have forgotten.
We look forward to helping your appraisal practice prosper and meeting you in person in Las Vegas for Valuation Expo. If you need assistance or have any questions email email@example.com or call 513 490 0226.
